What is cop out?

Cop Out is a 2010 American action comedy film directed by Kevin Smith, starring Bruce Willis and Tracy Morgan. The film follows two NYPD detectives, Jimmy and Paul, who must recover a stolen baseball card in order to pay for Jimmy's daughter's wedding. Along the way, they get mixed up with a gangster and encounter various obstacles and misadventures.
